Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a focused and detailed oriented person to support the executive team. Candidates must have a high level of organization and follow through to achieve daily goals in assisting our executive team members.

The role includes scheduling, organizing and supporting the executive team along with various administrative tasks that will facilitate the growth of the company.

Key Qualifications:

Previous experience as an administrative or executive assistant in an office environment

Strong computer and cloud skills, Apple operating systems, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Google office suite are essential.

Professional communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent organizational skills with a strong understanding of prioritization

Ability to problem solve with minimal instruction: think and act proactively: and anticipate problems before they occur.

Associates degree or higher

Human Resources experience

Travel planning experience and travel budget management


**Support the critical functions of the operations team by coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and

office management

**Perform basic HR duties such as employee onboarding and orientation.

**Responsible for managing office inventory and maintaining critical office supplies

**Handle other duties as required.

**Drivers License and the willingness to drive when necessary as well as to run personal errands if needed

This is a full-time office hourly position w/ Paid vacation and sick leave available after 90 days of continuous employment

Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of administrative support experience.
