We need document (Adobe PDF) to extract data of various kinds. We have around 50 states and more than 130 clients and around 10 reasons. We will receive updates from diff users for various reasons. So we will receive so many updates for various reasons and states and clients in outlook. So we need the document as follows
We need two forms. One is to display fields and output and one is to update the data by respected user.
In home page we need image at top as mentioned in image. Below that image we need diff kinds of drop downs such as
So we need to update the data manually. While updating we will give respected state, client if any or all option, reason if any or all option, date.
We need auto complete search bar below these drop down menu’s
After user clicked on search button after selection of respected fields then it should return the data which is matching with the selected criteria.
For example if the user is looking for update from CA state for XYZ reason from all clients then user will select state, reason from the drop down and he will select all option from client drop down because he need that data for all clients.
For example if the user is looking for update for specific client and for specific date range then he will select all option from state, reason drop downs and respected client from client drop down and selects date range FROM and TO. So the document should display only selected criteria data.
As we said above we need to select the criteria such as state, client etc while adding update. We need text editor for adding content of update in body part. So the we can add whatever we want such as images, alignments, links, color change, text edit etc.
When user click on any update (View info) then it should display the content of that update as mentioned in image. We need to display the go back button as mentioned in image. When we click on go back button then it should go to the previous state with the previous data not to the home without data.
We need security option to block the users from making changes to the data without password and username. We need option to add more usernames to allow the data editing. Only those people can make changes. We should through the error if others try to make any changes. Data extraction and opening of data and form should be very quick as it affects lot of user productivity.
Data form should be visible only to the authorized user upon login. For all the others only main form with search and drop down buttons needs to be displayed. Data update form needs to be maintained separately.
Data updating form should also have option to filter the updates with various fields and also with auto complete search option to open, edit or to delete the update quickly. We will store this form and use this form from shared drive. So it should be very fast in opening.
When we open data update form then at home page we need two options. One is edit the data and second one is create data. When we click on edit data button then it should display all filters to extract and display the update. Once the required update is displayed then we need to click on edit button beside the update, which is same like view info button in output display form. So upon the click on edit button then it should display the complete data such as all the fields which we have selected earlier like state, client, reason, date, active or inactive etc along with earlier added content in text editor. So that we can make respected changes and save the data.
When user click on new data button then it should display all the fields as mentioned above but without any field selection and empty body section.
