Architectural Ilustrator to turn my existing property into a property I'm trying to sell * Attached is a photo of the property as it is: 2420 Sea Island. It is located on the water in Florida. *Attached are images of for you to get the idea of the house I would like to see illustrated on the property. It does not have to be exactly like any of the images but I do want that feel. Big overhangs from the contemporary design creating shadows and shade. *Attached are the drawings that show the NEW location of the NEW house and 3 options for the side yard: Landscaping, sport court and pavilion. * Most important is the 'FEEL" of the images. *VIEW #1 will have see the sunset and VIEW #2 can see the sunrise. *It would be great to see the house GLOWING FROM THE LIGHT INSIDE. * MOST important is the overall concept of the property not the interior features of the house. FINAL PRODUCT: 2 ILLUSTRATIONS WITH VIEW#1 AND VIEW#2 THAT SHOW OFF THE PROPERTY AS A PRIVATE COMPOUND FOR THE FAMILY TO ENJOY. ***IDEAS: If you have any other ideas of how you would like to present the project please let me know and we can discuss. MY USE: I need to use it in print and in electronic form so I need hi res. images and product. **TIME: I can allow a week or so to complete. **PAYMENT: I will try to select the right artist but in order to avoid any conflict maybe we should set up checkpoint to make sure you are delivering what I expect. I dont want any conflict over the end product just a beautiful interpretation of what I need to sell the property. Do not submit for this project please if you are not capable of providing a realistic finished product. I do not want a cartoon illustration of this property at all. ** I am always available to provide feedback so please ask any questions you may like. ** Images: I had a hard time uploading all I need to so once we start working I can send more. ** The Existing Property is the most realistic looking image.
