Artist Needed - Bases & Clothing

I am looking for an artist to draw 4 base dolls, hair, outfits & props. The base dolls faces should based on the 4 children in the attached picture. The bodys can be basically the same with a younger look - thinner legs and arms (The little girl in the picture standing in the black tights would be a nice body style. The position of the arms is up to you as long as the hands still show up after an article of clothing has been put on. The dolls should be no bigger than the base doll in the example (2.5 to 3 inches). I also need different childrens hair styles beginning with the 4 that are in the picture. For the outfits I need shirts, pants, dresses, shoes, skirts etc that fit the base dolls and are all separate pieces that are interchangeable (similar to a paper doll type thing - please see attachment). For the props anything a young child plays with would be great i.e. blocks, balls etc. I need 60 outfits for the girls and 25 for the boys and several different hair styles & colors for both. They must be totally original and each piece seperate. I really need an artist that can capture the faces of the 4 children in the attached photo.
