The name is Club 35. It is a new gym concept that focuses on strength, kickboxing, and crossfit.
4 stations, each station is 8 minutes with 1 minute rest between the stations. station 1 is dynamic cardio & warm up. Station 2 is cross fit & full-body weight workouts. Station 3 is kickboxing training with heavy bags, double end bags & speed bags. Station 4 is the kickboxing ring where you learn the techniques and skills of kickboxing with a qualified trainer. Each station has a trainer dedicated for the station,.Each station comprises of maximum 4 members at a time (every 8 minutes).
- To provide members with opportunity to reach their maximum goals and desires in health and fitness in a limited 35 minute exercise.
