1. I need to build a Website directory that enables users to search for universities.
2. The Website should be developed using any of the JavaScript-based technologies — MongoDB, [login to view URL], AngularJS, and Node.js
3. The Website requires high designing skills.
4. The directory should allow users to filter universities and academic programs according to predefined multiple categories such as location, degree level, accreditation and more. There will be a total of 11 categories to select from.
5. The Website should be able to list multimedia content on featured universities and academic programs.
6. I have a data base (word document) and want the developer to feed the website with the data base.
7. The website needs to be ready to be used as a foundation for an Android and OS apps in the future.
8. The developer might need to customize or create a new theme if no existing theme is capable of meeting the job requirements. I need the developer to propose to me a theme that can do the job if available.
9. The website needs to be of high quality in functionality and design. The quality, design, feel and like should be similar to these websites:
