Position Description:-

Create the User Interface of job portal - internal and external using the best development practices.

Demonstrate a dedication to code quality.

Profile and optimize the code to get the best possible performance across browsers and operating systems

Skill Required:-

Strong fundamentals of CSS and HTML.

Familiar with HTML semantics and HTML5 specifications.

Strong JQuery Skills & Experience is a must have.

Strong portfolio of work showing experience- developing standards- compliant front- end code for web and mobile web.

Expert- level skill in HTML (4/5), CSS (2/3)

JavaScript (libraries including JQuery or AngularJS ).

Homepage Design
There will be links to- all the inside pages on the homepage to- allow one-click navigation.
Search Jobs: The job seeker will be able t- search the Jobs from the homepage search box using the
following fields:
• Keyword (Textbox)
• Location (Textbox)
• Search (Button)
• Registration/Login: The link t- register/login will be placed on every page of the website
including the homepage t- facilitate one-click access. Once the user (Employers/job seekers) is
logged in, they will be replaced with My Account/Logout.


• Banners: There will be banners on the homepage as well as inner pages that will be
manage by admin using admin panel.
Employer Registration:
• Official Mail ID (Textbox; this will be used for login, n- public mail id should get access like-Gmail/ Yaho- mail etc)
• Password (Textbox)
• Confirm Password (Textbox)
• Employer/Company Name (Textbox)
• Contact Number (Textbox)
• Member Name (Textbox)

Captcha
Terms and Conditions (Checkbox)
Submit (Button)
E- Mail ID Verification


Admin Approval
Employer/Recruiter will need to get approved by the admin before they are listed on the website.

The job seeker registration form will include the following fields:

• E- Mail ID (Textbox; this will be used for login)
• Password (Textbox)
• Confirm Password (Textbox)
• Member Name (Textbox)
• Contact number(Textbox)
• Captcha
• Terms and Conditions (Checkbox)
• Submit (Button)
• E- Mail ID and contact number Verification: The job seeker will also need to verify the e- mail ID before registering the portal.


Employer Features


• Ability to Search resume by keywords, job category, days since posted
• Able to Edit profile and logo.
• Post jobs with detailed job description (job title, company name, company url, location, salary,
• job type, work type, description, required skills...)
• Ability to create and edit Employer Company profile page for below fields-
Password (Textbox),Confirm Password (Textbox),Employer/Company Name (Textbox)
State (Dropdown),City (Dropdown),Contact Person Information, Member Name (Textbox)
Profile Image (Upload image from local disk),Gender, Date of Birth, Contact Number (Textbox),
• Purchase individual or package of job adverts by payment gateway.
• Reporting information on how much time left on each job posting and how long left on CV
access.
• Post and modify jobs with confirmation of remaining credits after each job posting*
• Payment receipt by invoice.
• Add log- to job adverts
• Ability to add a Company Logo.
• Search resume or CV
• View Submitted Job Seeker CV
• Download CV or application submitted by jobseekers
• Applicant Screening - ability for employers to create questions to job postings for applicants to respond when applying to a job.
• Search agents will automatically send resumes that match user specified criteria via email daily.

Job Seeker Features-

• Search jobs by keywords, location
• Apply for a job with the click of a button
• Resume Posting capabilities, (create, edit, upload)
• Ability for candidates to opt- in and create Job Agents to receive daily notifications of jobs that
• match their keywords.
• Automatically retrieve passwords by email.
• Job Seeker Registration - add CV as Word file etc. to CV database
• Once login jobseeker should be able to update his/her profile
• Able to block the companies / recruiters.

Admin Panel

• Manage Job Seeker and Employer Profiles
• Manage Payments of Employer
• Add New Services (Related to Employers or Job Seekers)
• Send Message to Employer and Job seeker for Subscription etc.
• Provide Roles and Authentication to Users
• Set Criteria for both Users (Job Seekers and Employer)
• Static contents can be updated by online CMS
• Ability to change the look and feel of your site by changing one template HTML file
• Ability to send email notifications to candidates, members, or employers depending on their
• Location management console to add/edit/remove locations for which jobs can be posted
• Manage premium employers
• Search subscribers
• Admin should be able to download full list of job seekers and employers in the database including contact details.
• Import resumes directly from existing database.
• Export job seeker/employer's data in excel/pdf formats.
• Admin can Add/Edit/Delete/Approve/Disapprove any ad
• Add and remove banner adverts
• Add and remove job advertising credits
• Customizable search fields and input forms allow you to address the specific informational
needs of your market.
The admin will be able to add, edit, delete, activate, and deactivate banners in this section.
Adding new banner will require the admin to enter the following details:
• Banner Title (Textbox)
• Banner Position (Dropdown)
• Banner Image (Upload from local disk)
• URL (Textbox)
