What is Company ID?
Company ID is only required when you are logging in to an account that uses permissions manager, which allows multiple users with varying levels of access permissions to manage the same account.
The account administrator specifies a company ID when setting up an account to use the permissions manager. From then on, all users who log in to that account must enter the company ID, in addition to their own login name and password.
If you are an authorized user, you should have received your login credentials (including company ID) in an e-mail from the administrator or another authorized user with user management permissions.
Although eSellerate provides help with forgotten login names and passwords, we do not provide a way to retrieve company IDs. If you have forgotten your company ID, we recommend contacting the administrator or another authorized user of the account.
