Convert a Template to a Website

Our Customer Portal currently tracks a fleet of vessels and terrestrial sites using the Google Maps API. \r\n\r\nWe need to upgrade the system using HTML5, CSS, JSON, JQuery/Javascript/Ajax - heavy, Highcharts, some Google Maps API in a CentOS/Apache/MySQL environment.\r\n\r\nFor each customer site represented on the Map, technical and business information is displayed.\r\n\r\nA firm understanding of Google Maps API is necessary, including Polygons, Lines, LatLng and custom icons.\r\n\r\nWe need someone with experience designing catchy and modern web sites that will blend well with our company\\\'s \"look and feel\", color schemes and the web site must work seamlessly in computers/desktops, mobile phones and tablets such as Android, Apple and Microsoft.\r\n\r\nWe need someone to develop an Admin interface where individual/group users can be created/changed/deleted. Role based access control. Need to be developed so it can work in a single sign-on environment.\r\n\r\nLooking at contracting as soon as the right talent is found. Need the project completed by end of the year, at the latest.\r\n\r\nThis project will open up opportunities for future enhancements and continued improvement of the application.\r\n\r\nThe deliverable must include all source code with its proper documentation. NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is required. Developer agrees to discuss and explain all details of his/her source code with us via email, Skype and/or phone calls, as needed.\r\n\r\n
