Hi there, I can make this animated logo. It will be animated like this. A fire will be shown continuously burning and blood will flow from the character eyes. It will be made through adobe animate/. Final file will be light weight and delivered in gif or html5. SWF is not recommended as it is blocked by most of the browser.
