design me a building

I have a 95 foot by 50 foot lot, perfectly rectangular and flat. I would like to build a 5 story building on it, Ground floor would be the parking lot and the other 4 floors would be empty shells. 10 foot ceilings on each floor. 1 elevator and 1 stair case is necessary. Neighbors on 3 sides of property only 1 side exposed to the street and that side is 50 feet. Materials to be used would be cinder blocks or cement. Must look contemporary, modern. location of lot is 18°34'11.8"N 72°17'58.3"W The Parking per my calculations I see can handle 11 vehicles parked at 90degree angle along the 95 foot wall and 5 spots parked parallel to the other 95 foot wall. If you have a better Idea I would love to see it. I think roof should be flat as i plan to put solar panels and the condensers for AC units up there Stairs must have roof access. and maybe 5 feet in front of building for trees or plants I would like multiple angle views and even a video walk through of parking and 5th floor If you have questions don't hesitate to contact me but this is all the information I have
