Design a Website Mockup

Hello Freelancers and thank you to take the time to read my project. Please read the description below carefully before submitting a bid. Our project is based around a contest that will run within a city/region of Ukraine and will involve online, general media and social media advertising directing people to our website where they will register online to participate in this very unique and exciting contest where participants will be considered by various community and social attributes. Prizes awarded are exciting and substantial. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and creative freelancers who can work independently or as part of a team for the development of visually impacting graphic designs for print and web media and for the creation of a simple but effective website. All completed print media and website will be in Russian so it is essential for the successful Freelancer to be able to translate English text, meaning and instruction into Russian seamlessly. Also a comprehensive understanding of Ukraine modern culture and social awareness is required for this project. The successful Freelancer must be fluent in English and be available on Skype and Viber to discuss the project at any time between 8am and 5pm their local time. The specific items required are Logo Design Flyer Design Poster Design Website Creation – 3 or 4 page Social Media Promotion Some items will be fixed price and some items will be hourly.
