Develop an App.

Hi, We are "PriyoPoth" a company, which has a vision "Advancing Commuting" in a more efficient manner. We are thinking of developing an app which will connect people through their Images, One party will take images for other one and that should be maintained through a very definite "Perfect TIMING" [This is Very important, (The Live Update)], If anyone upload a photo at 9.10 AM, This should be processed in the database within a minute and shown to other party. Also, I would like to add numerous options( Options here are drop menu). The Login Options should be different for Two Party. I also would like to add a local payment system OR if I can't do that I would think of introducing a new Coin transaction. I have a good taste of Colors and Design, So let me know if you have some really good design. I need someone who will be responsible for at least 5 years of the Maintenance System. You know, what I prefer most here is the efficiency of processing the database, The whole integration of the GPS, Security System, Photos, And Numerous Options(Will be discussed later). ( Please note, let me know your expertise on these issues) Also note, I do not prefer a continuous improvement, I prefer the best tasks are checked one by one.
