Develop & Design A Profesional WP Blog Site

I'm looking for someone, or a small and responsive company, to take an existing (amateur) WP website blog (approx 6 pages at present) and convert it into a professional design and site that can handle future development and marketing growth. The project requires: - Theme selection and customisation - Site design - Blog post template design - Email sign up, mailing & list functions - Custom post functions (I want to be able to post certain posts to a separate section of the website, as well as in the main posts section) - Google Ads ready - SEO optimised/support - Engaging I am a writer and cannot waste time developing a more professional WP site. Hence, I need someone to take the basics I have created and convert it into a professional platform for me to focus on creating content/writing. I need someone who can help me set the site up to be capable of moving to ad based revenue generation as the content and SEO improves. I am relatively technically aware and can run the marketing aspects of the site. However, I do not wish to waste time building a professional and robust WP blog platform, when there ae people like yourselves who have more capabilities and experince to do these things..... I hope! Finally, this is one of possibly two websites I will want to be developed. Hence, if you prove you are a good partner for the long term with this single project, there is likely to be at least a second project and ongoing work. I am not wealthy but am willing to pay a fair rate for someone with proven skills, honesty and reliability. Thanks
