AI Image Generation VA We are rapidly growing our creative team and are looking for a highly skilled AI Image Generation Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to join us! This specific role is dedicated to the art and science of AI-driven imagery. We need someone who doesn't just write “make me a good image for an ad” and hits enter hoping for the best. We are looking for someone who understands how to prompt and manipulate AI tools to get high-quality, consistent, and stunning results. You will be the go-to person for generating the visual assets that our editors and marketing team need to make our content stand out. This is a remote, long-term partnership with a focus on speed, quality, and creative flair. Hours: 40 hours a week Responsibilities As our Image Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for: • Prompt Engineering: Creating and refining complex prompts to generate specific visual styles and characters. • Batch Generation: Producing a high volume of images based on creative briefs for our video editors. • Quality Control: Upscaling images, fixing "AI artifacts" (like hands or distorted faces), and ensuring all outputs meet our brand standards. • Style Consistency: Maintaining a consistent look and feel across different sets of images. • Organization: Follow Naming conventions and uploading files to our shared drives (Google Drive) so the team can find them ASAP. • Reporting: Checking in daily with the Creative Strategist to sync on the week's priorities. • Tools you will use: Midjourney (primary), DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion, and basic Photoshop/Canva for touch-ups. This is NOT a position for: People who are brand new to AI tools or haven’t used them for work before. People who cannot follow strict deadlines or respond quickly during work hours. The ideal candidate has: • Proven Experience: A portfolio of your best AI generated images using a variety of tools (THIS IS A MUST) • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in a variety of Tools like Midjourney, NanoBanana Pro, Adobe FireFly, Canva Pro, Leonardo and any other that would help you achieve the best results. • Detail-Oriented: You notice the small errors in AI images that others miss and proactively fix them without much guidance. • Communication: Fluent English and Spanish both for team communication and for the images needed What We Can Offer You 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in the world.
