Edit background in a portrait photo.

I have a full-length photo of a person sitting on a stool. It is a high-res JPG that's shot in a studio. I need the background to be replaced, so that it appears that the person is sitting inside an elegant office breakout/resting area, in front of a high desk, or in front of a coffee counter, or in front of a classy pantry area, or something like that. Similar to some cool, classy & casual magazine covers of business leaders. Feel free to ask questions if you have doubts. Please mention turnaround time in your bid. I will share the person's image after the project is started.
Please share some examples of similar work you may have done in past, so I have an idea of your output quality.
Attached are some references of the backgrounds that I have in mind. Please note that these may not be usable because of copyrights, low-resolution, etc. So, please feel free to use your own backgrounds.
The final deliverable needs to look realistic. The person's & background's color balance, shadows, etc. should be matched. The deliverable needs be a high-res 300 dpi & portrait dimensions (similar to original image of person).
If you're awarded the project, you agree not to use the person's photo elsewhere for any use (commercial, editorial or personal) or in any form, except for this project ONLY. Also, for any background image(s) you use, you take full responsibility and will bear the liability, if any, that may arise due to copyright usage, etc.
