Edit Pictures with Photoshop

Hi, I need some photos edited in photoshop(About 300 for the first job, with about 20% that have people in it). I have a specific procedure that I like done and I would appreciate if you can duplicate it. This can be a regular job if done well. The procedure is: If the image has people in it: -duplicate the image on a top layer and remove strap marks under the eyes, blemishes, and other imperfections with the healing brush tool -reduce that layer's opacity(or fill, depending on which looks more realistic) to about 20-40% -duplicate the edited layer, change the opacity/fill back to 100%, Gaussian blur enough to make edges of objects fairly blurry, add about 0.1-0.25 uniform monochromatic noise -add a layer mask, hide all, use a brush tool with blurry/faded edges, with pressure settings on and about 50% fill to further cover up strap marks under eyes, blemishes, imperfections, etc. -set opacity of this layer to about 10-40% depending on what looks best and natural -flatten layers -adjust the levels to what looks best -adjust the hue/saturation to what looks best -adjust the brightness/contrast to what looks best -reduce the image size to about 1/3 to half in most cases, or at least some -add the lightest amount of noise possible -add a slight unsharp mask -save as high quality jpeg **If the image has no people, only the last 7 steps are needed I am also open to your own suggestions in editing the pictures. I may also ask you to do special edits for certain pictures. Like I said if you do well this will likely be a regular thing. As stated above, give me a quote for 300 pictures, with about 20% with people in them, and the rest just needed basic lighting edits, etc. as they are landscapes or inanimate objects.
