Hello, good day. I understand your problem. It's the problem with your mail server. You have Hostgator cPanel and you can create email account there easily. After then you just redirect mails to your microsoft email/s. It's the better way I believe. Or, If you don't want to redirects mails, we have to setup your POP3 mail server. Thanks
