Finish uncompleted design

We are currently working on a delivery system for restaurants.
We have done several page designs with a graphic designer. But the designer didn't finish the task due to a lack of time. But we would like to keep the work done and keep going from there with the same design line.
We need to finish the web design (80% done) and use it to create a mobile design (0% done) and built a working mockup for web and mobile with Figma (0% done).
I have several images, a branding guide, some PSD and some images files
Deliverables I need:
- PSD files
- Working Mockup in Figma or XD
- Mobile and Web Designs
- Images files for developers to use
Important:
- The final product must be delivered to our repository.
- Some meetings will be necessary; my time zone is UTC-4. I would like to have someone close to my time zone or willing to communicate with me in my time zone. You can work in your time but meetings will be in my time zone.
- If I like what you do, we can turn this initial project into a long-term project.
