We need a new website. We need you to design and build it. The website is membership based having free and premium accounts. We plan to launch the full version of the site by the end august 2017. Some of the sites could be launched by the end of July 2017. The site should be mobile/App friendly.
We make is easy and cost effective for companies to connect, interact, network and source highly skilled Africa professionals in the Diasporas through a digital hub. We are a combination between matchmaking marketplace and a hub that not only match users with companies but we also provide market insights and community experiences. WHAT WE DO: In-Dloop makes it easy for companies to source, network and connect with African professionals and cross borders talents in the diasporas into emerging markets through a digital marketplace and talent networking hub.
WHO: We focus on diaspora professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs in US and Europe and companies from developed markets with operations in emerging markets.
HOW: We harness the competence, resources, skills and networks of professionals Diaspora from Europe and US, and connect them with Nordic and international companies in emerging markets.
WHY: International companies have difficulties in finding reliable partners and skilled talented workers with appropriate professionalism in emerging markets due to brain drain and skill gap.
In-Dloop is a market networking hub and platform that promotes connections and collaboration between professionals Diaspora and foreign and international companies in emerging markets. We connect professional diaspora with international companies in their countries or continents of origin. We help companies have access to real time and local expertise by providing an unmatched market understanding that is embedded in the added value of Diaspora competence. We connect professional Diasporas with companies to provide advice, guidance and support in entering emerging markets.
Diaspora is used to describe a community of people who live outside their shared country of origin or ancestry but maintain active connections with it. Through the website companies from diaspora country of residence are connected with diaspora when the companies are entering, hiring or need network in the diaspora country of origin.
The website is membership based, both Freemium and premium account. We want the website to have a scrolling look. We are looking to develop and design the website from scratch. This means that we need both website design, development and programming. The project is extremely high profile, so the planned website will need to be a well organised with clean design and high quality. Please take a look at the attachments before making your bid.
We do not wish to use 3rd party or cloned platforms. We want the site to have ease of site and content administration after launch.
Membership: In-Dloop is a members-only network for professional Diasporas, companies, organisations, governmental agencies and NGOs.
1. Professional Diasporas: The membership is free for diaspora members, but registration is made through online application, which means that we review each registration and approve them before members gain access. Once accepted, members will have access In-Dloop´s opportunities and services. Member can connect and collaborate with each other. They can have access to:
a. Remote working opportunities: Employment or consultants from their existing locations;
b. Internships & Secondments: Temporarily jobs and projects in Africa
c. Advisory: Members can engage as investors or advisors for ventures, startups and projects
d. Africa Talent relocation: Opportunities for members to relocate to jobs or projects in Africa.
2. Companies and organisations: In-Dloop Platform is for companies, MNCs, governmental agencies, organisations and NGOs of all sizes and stages operating in Africa.
Registration happens through online registration form. A membership is based on premium account: (1) Business Account, (2) Executive Account and (3) Enterprise Account. Companies can get market insights and connect with candidate. Once register companies can:
a. Have access and directly connect with talents and partners in the diaspora.
b. Source high caliber and highly relevant talent from across the diaspora.
Get markets insights (available on free membership)
d. Access insights from African professionals in the diaspora.
e. Other services at a fee
Matchmaking algorithm: We would like algorithm that automatically match companies with professional Diasporas.
Companies can systematically have statistics about users that match their profiles depending on the countries the countries, sectors and industries they are operating in. However they would not be able to see these profiles unless they have premium account. Companies can post jobs. Once the job is posted, we need algorithm that automatically showcases the statistics of numbers users that match the profiles. Companies that have free accounts can post jobs at additional fee. Companies can interact with users provided that they have premium account.
Ads: Advertising system such as social ads, Google ads and advertisers can choose to advertise to members in a specific country, members that have been to or live in a specific place as well as specific group. We should be able to have sponsorship capability to sell spaces to advertising firms, design and icons. In addition, the website should have price comparison engines, CSS and W3C web standards and SEO oriented.
Languages: We also need the website in following languages: Norwegian, English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
The Bids: Expectations from developers and designers: We are looking for a proposal from you on how you would incorporate the above mentions websites functionalities and features into one website for a specific niche. We are open to new ideas and suggestions during our working relationship. Feel free to be extremely creative when writing a proposal. The bids need to illustrate an understanding of such project as well as good descriptions of the features of such website. Note that blanket bids will be ignored. We are only looking for companies or freelancers with similar experiences of building the aforementioned websites.
We will ask you for examples and references of your work to prove that you have done this successfully in the past. Anything you show us will be in confidence. Bids should include between five and ten examples of your of the company’s professional work. Bids should also include five references from previous work:
• References in Web-Development using HTML, PHP, CSS, SEO, Keyword optimization
• References regarding online social networks and travel comparison website.
• Reference of proof of skills and knowledge on matchmaking algorithms
We would like to receive a full project proposal and plan and flowchart of design and possibilities of the website, hardware requirements, we will need to get all relevant coding and all coding must be documented. We require, high level, clean coding for high load performance. Depending of the cooperation and the quality of the product, we hope to establish a long-term collaboration with the bidder:
• Excellent English language skills required
• The code should to be clear and clean.
• Installation- and backup guidelines are required.
Non disclosure Agreements and Copyright: You will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon acceptance of your bid, and all written script will be the property of our company. There will be no reuse, resell, distributing, or use to show other clients as your customer profile without our company’s written permission. All the work will be under our company’s name and will be retained in our company portfolio. All the rights will belong to our company. You will be asked to sign a non-discloser agreement, which will state that all the written script will be the property of our company. You cannot keep or resell any work that will be given to you.
