High resolution Android Emoticons for a Tshirt

My girlfriend thinks the android emoticons are very cute and would like a tshirt of them. I need somebody to recreate the emoticons in a high enough resolution so that they look good on a tshirt. The droids I would like recreated are the tongue out droid, surprised droid, and confused droid. Easy project for anybody with a little photoshop skill, but these need to look good as they are a birthday gift. If you are not familiar with the emoticons please see the attached file.
