Highway Billboard Design Ad

Must have experience with Outdoor Billboard Design = minimum content to convey message with LARGE text and or images - Able to draw attention of someone passing in vehicle AND give them information needed. The 2nd challenge of this billboard is that it will have a SPLIT message: The left side of the billboard will advertise a temporary event over at the end of August. The right side will give our ongoing message that is on the billboard all year. Or you can integrate the 2 messages into 1 overall design. Billboard Size: 14 feet x 48 feet (1.22 meters x 14.63 meters) Must be at print resolution (not web) Scroll down for Job Details. Please indicate the following Contract Parameters: - How our company retains copyright of the finished and paid for work - How many revisions are included in your price quote - Is anything owed to you if we decide to not use your design DESIGN SPECIFICS - For 2 months, the billboard will have TWO MESSAGES - This is what we need designed. Then it will return to the unified message in the attached billboard, which we run year round. - The 2 messages can be achieved by splitting the board with a message on each side.... - OR, it can be one integrated message 1) Temporary Message: - 11th Annual (smaller) Arts & Crafts Fair (larger) - Saturday, August 27 - Over 100 Artists 2) Integrate the A&C Fair info with the message in the current billboard: - Our logo - "Largest Bead & Rock Shop (in the Southwest (SW)) - for space, can change "southwest" to "SW", or leave out "in the Southwest" altogether, so it would only say "Largest Bead & Rock Shop" - a bit nonsensical, but saves space. - EXIT NOW - I don't think there will be room to include directions "Rio Grande South...."etc. 3) It is fine for you to change the design concept of the uploaded board into your own design. We do NOT need the same colors, shading, etc of the current board, except for our Logo. In fact a highway billboard is more visible with a solid background color. 4) Retain the color and design of our logo. We have 2 versions which I have uploaded to Freelancer - both the vertical and the horizontal. IDEAS - If you divide the board, possibly use different background color for each side. - If you integrate the A&C Fair message into the whole, then you will make the best decisions. - Remember, this design MUST CATCH THE EYE of vehicles moving up to 75 miles per hour (121 kilometers per hour) - or sometimes they are stuck in traffic moving slowly. COST Freelancer is only allowing us to use the range of $30 to $250. I would like this project to cost under $200, preferably $100 to $150 or so.
