I am 46 years of age with some 25 years in the bar industry. I have spent years around successful operators and have seen newcomers loose their life savings. I frequently get asked about the pitfalls within the initial stages of owning your own hospitality venue. I find it hard to "clearly" articulate what I've experienced in some 25 years in the industry and I'd like to share some insights in a written format. This is my first attempt at translating experience to canvas. I have and idea on what I'd like to do but I'm not confident in my ability to achieve the desired outcome.
