interview website

I interview authors that write books about real estate and business. I need a website that I can promote my services and store the archived interviews. I will supply the template. All I need is some changes in the graphics and a little bit of html to add some functionality. The template that I want to use is located at [login to view URL] The changes that I need are the following; when you click on the links, I need a new window that has the same look and feel as the main page. Same color with the white border around it. I will add the content later. I just need a template to work in. As far as the graphic changes, I need the main image replaced with images that relate to a radio interview. The site is about interviews so I need that theme. This is an easy job since I am supply most of the code. I'll pay $25.00 for this project.
