We've got a truly groundbreaking new report coming out in September called the Digital Life Index, which will investigate the progress of digital for 34 countries! It will examine the state of the digital ecosystem in each country under 4 criteria - access, confidence, openness and growth. It will also build heavily on a survey we rolled out in 2013 and 2014 about the aspirations of millennials (18-34 year olds) so a huge target audience for us is this age group.
We want the look and feel to be: explorative, dynamic and original, so we're looking for designers who want to really put their personal style or mark on this output. We're aiming for playful (without being childish), vibrant (without being a crazy kaleidoscope of colours!) and intelligent (without being dull!)
While we want one consistent overall look, we like the idea of the designer doing two variations on that one theme just to keep it from looking monotonous, given we will be using these graphic assets across many platforms (see list below)
The designer would need to adapt the primary chosen design to deliver assets for a number of areas -
Website backdrop *3 in same size but some variation
Website banner *4 diff sizes
Signature 'hero' image with the report title and a strapline overlaid (eg used wherever we place the report on third party websites) *2 diff sizes
Report cover and back cover (one size, for the pdf report)
Social media promotion imagery - twitter, facebook, LinkedIn, G+ (different sizes as e.g for twitter and LinkedIn we'd want a custom twitter profile banner to use upon report launch + diff image to go with a specific tweet or linkedin post; but for FB and G+ it would be just images to go with FB or G+ posts and no banner needed)
Stand-alone images, each bringing to life each one striking finding/result from the report *12
