This is potentially 3 things that we will need doing.
1. Credit system,
We need a credit system made linked to a account so people will only be able to upload files once they have x amount of credits in their system. This will also need to be able to adjust by us if we need to add or remove credits from the back end.
2. Ticket system,
We currently have a ticket system but I want this updated a lot, to include the following:
Text message alerts.
Live chat to the Support worker who is working on the ticket (in case the dealer needs to mention something else etc).
Nicer look of ticket system.
3. Auto respond system,
This bit will need some coding work on our website and will need to run through a decoding system which is online or done through software on a pc. Also the file that is uploaded from a Dealer will then be decoded and then ran through our Winols software matched up to a 100% file and the options then given to the Dealer to see which they want, they select it and then the new file will be recoded and sent back to the dealer.
We had started some of this coding but came across some issues.
The person who works on this would need to integrate it to our website [login to view URL] which is a Word press site.
