We are looking to get developed a Web application where people could book their appointment before the visit to registrar office the registration of property.

Similarly there will be two options of signup and signin.
User will first signup and then an activation will go to their mail and after activating their mail it will give them access to login.
Once they log in, they will have to create the profile of property owner in which they will have to fill their personal details and details about property also.
In the details user will have to fill these details also stating the property sale and purchase conditions.
"Free hold letter or other authorities clearance letter, Sale letter, Sale deed, Token amount, full payment, market value of the property etc".
The details which we have to submit while filling up the form for taking the appointment.

Everything should be connected to our database.
This should be hack free and all the data should be stored offline on local system.

For this thing I think one day is sufficient.
These details are to be filled in a simple form and that form should be connected to our database.
After filling these details, customer will have to pay 200 INR as convenience fees online and after that they will get the appointment schedule.
There will be slots given on their system in the calendar and customer will have to click on any of the link and then a popup will be there stating that are your sure you want to book this appointment schedule?
When customer will click on yes then all his details will be forwarded to that appointment schedule and his appointment letter with his concerned registrar will be generated and he can take the print out and same letter will be sent on the mail i.d of the registrar also.
After validating both the letters, registration of the property will be done.
There should be a Payment gateway of Payumoney and Online estamp selling API.
