PBX Brochure Design in Fireworks PNG format

Im looking for a designer who can make a brochure template for a PBX brochure in macromedia fireworks png format. The idea is to make a brochure that has all graphics in place and temp spaces to add final text (bulleted info and normal text should be put in place as placeholders for later modification).
Grphics must be PBX and phone systems related.

The brochure needs to be 4 pages long, first one as a cover and 2nd or 3rd with full info and 4th only for company info.
The brochure needs to have enught defined spaces to put bulleted info and needs to be sent with the PNG original file and fonts used so I can rewrite the bullets and add the final info.
A MUCK UP IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO CHOOSE THE DESIGNER.
PAYMENT WILL BE DONE VIA PAYPAL.
If the brochure is generic enough, it will be used for more than one product, if not, a second type of brochure might be needed depending on first one's quality and resulting product.
