preparing draw/illustration based on photo (caricature / cartoon style)

Hello, I would like you to create a drawing of Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin based on the attached photo. It is important that the concept of the three seated leaders is preserved - because it is a very well-known picture. Of course, the picture may be your version of the character - I want you to caricature/cartoon those characters. It is important that Churchill (the one on the left) has a cigar in his hand (he is fat), Roosevel (in the middle) a cigarette and skinny, and Stalin must appear in a military uniform (preferably with the symbol of the USSR) and be happy / confident. If you make a nice background, it will be great. You do not have to stick to the colors of the photo - I want it to be an interesting and pretty concept. The subject image must be in high definition. I want this picture not to be so serious, and I would like to emphasize each of the characters: Stalin confident and smiling, Churchill with Cigar and cheerful, roosevel serious and skinny. 2. I would like to receive a black and white and color version, because I have not decided yet which one to use in the project. 3. Background: I would love to get the first characters without background, and then also the background version. They are at the Yalta Conference, so the background can loosely refer to war (tanks, cannons, army, submarines, etc.) or in the background can be a map of Europe with marked Poland (because they talked about it). I would love the idea with the outlined background of the map. 4. The illustration will eventually be used for both: digital and print purposes. 5. I do not have a rigid time frame for the project.
