Quick Banner EDIT

I have a banner I am using and the designer didn't give me a psd or corel draw format of the graphics (didn't think to ask him about it).

I have the banner and my image is on there with very nice font. I basically need someone to edit my banner and separate the image &

verbage on separate masks (photoshop) without destroying quality and

or size. That way, I have the ability to edit and change my verbage

or image easily when I need to.

I will pay once complete, no exceptions. I will test it out as well.

This will be a quick job. Nice and inexpensive is the key here. I'm

looking between anywhere from 10-15USD for this project. Please only

designers from US or whom can speak fluent english.
