Replicate my PHP/HTML/SQL website in Node/Angular/MongoDB -- 2

I have an application that I developed last year in PHP, SQL and HTML/CSS/JS. I still have a video of that application. I am in need of a developer who can recreate the same application using Angular.JS, Node.JS and MongoDB.

The application uses a REST API from a source I will explain inbox(My own web service service that serves rest api). The application allows users to upload some files, the files are sent to my rest api and every few seconds the status of processing is checked. Once the process in my web service completes, the application downloads the results from my rest service and displays it to the user to view or download. The timing for developing this application will be 15 days. The login/register/forgotpassword is also present in the application.

Please note that the it should be clean coded, secure to industry level and sophisticated in its design. The developer MUST be experienced and should have previously developed applications in Angular/Node/MongoDB.
