Retail Package Art

We need to hire a retail package art designer. We only need the camera ready artwork, not the package design. We will provide the template to show the size and shape of the package. Our products are aimed at a USA male audience from 18-40 years old. So the art design should be bold, aggressive, edgy, fun, and help make the product stand out on the retail shelf. We will have 20-50 designs per year. We will pay $100 for the first finished design and $75 for each design thereafter. So we are looking for bids of $100 to begin. We will not consider bids over $100. Some designs will be approved immediately, others might require several iterations of work, but the designs should get easier as you learn our company style. Especially complex designs can earn a premium. We actually make 100-200 new designs per year if you have the manpower & diversity to provide all the designs. So perhaps 2-3 designers with differing style to avoid all the products from looking the same. A non-disclosure is required. You can not use the designs you make for us to showcase your work to others. We require that you do not work with others in our specific industry.
