short intro and outro videos

I need 2 short videos, each under 10 seconds. Both are based on Pacman, which has been released into the public domain by the owners. These will be an intro and outro banner for my Youtube channel, so should be about 1/5 - 1/6 the size of a Youtube video, i.e. a banner going across other videos that have other stuff happening in them. There have been many Pacmans, I need the specific design in the attached animated GIF, no eyes or feet or such. Color should be #FEFE00 on a totally black background, #000000 Intro video: Pacman enters from the left screen and exits to the right to the first set of sounds, and the URL [login to view URL] appears in his wake. The URL should be Arial or Helvetica, also in #FEFE00 and appear behind him with some sort of cool effect. See the banner at that URL for an idea of relative sizing. This video has the sound effect for my intro, it's the second sound effect from about 6-11 seconds: [login to view URL] The sound should go while Pacman moves, then the URL appears in silence for a few seconds. Outro: The word diabetes is on the screen for a few seconds, in a spooky font like Creepster (Snappa has that font) in color #1A0EFD. As Pacman enters from the left, he "eats" the diabetes to the sound of Pacman chomping dots, e.g. from 50-56 seconds in this video.
