Teach Me Design

Hello! I recently wanted to get into graphic design, but I have no idea how to work well. I have a good interface for design and decent programs, but I just need help getting started and learning how to draw well on a computer. I use paper, and I can draw/sketch fine, but when I switch to a computer the problems start. I am looking for someone, who speaks near fluent english, at the least, to teach me and provide feedback for what I have done. In your bid, please provide an answer as how you will be able to teach me, whether it is by creating youtube videos or skyping me (or something else). All bids are welcome, but I am on a budget, so competitive prices are encouraged!
