Tool to help entrepreneurs organize their launches and updates

I need a platform designed that allows users to take notes. It needs to be in the format of Google Keep. But when users are choosing a title they can only select from the dropdown that includes: update 1, quick thoughts, potential features, long term goals, short term goals, unanswered questions, meeting notes, productivity notes, advice Behind each note it needs to be shown who posted it in the form of a circular photo and users can check each one to mark it as done The page that first welcomes users needs to be exactly like the page for Slack.com. When Users press "Get Started" they need to see two rectangles one that says "I'm launching" and one that says "I'm updating" with lorem ipsum text under each title When they press im launching the title of the page will be My Launch Pad and they can name it whatever they want under the title of launch pad (same thing for growth pad when they press im updating) They can choose any subtitle they want though. And they can take as much notes as they want under it. They also have the possibility to add team members to view their notes. For each different note they can choose if they want it public or viewed by specific team members. If users choose I'm updating then they can write the already implemented features above the notes that they are taking. It needs to be apparent that this is another section. This section needs to include three stacked titles above the recrangular notes: "What We Offer, Implemented Features, Mission Statement"
