Translate a Powerpoint PPTx from a PDF

Im looking for a resource that can support me for a continuous "back office" support to create either a new PPT or transcript a PDF like type file to a editable PPT.
I will be also providing you the template and colors schemes so you will not need to create a design.
So for this award, I would like to try out the quality of your work.
Attached is a PDF file (attached). You simply need to recreate the content form the PDF into an editable Power point format.
Images such in page 7 can be taken directly from the source (no new design is required). Icons needs to be found from internet. Looking into simple one color icons one no flashy icons.
For this award I'm looking into 2 draft turnaround and a 3 to 4 days completion
Guidelines:
1) Logos shall not be copied but similar logos should be found and utilized from the net.
2) Product images can be copied directly from the source presentation (example p.7).
3) Tables or smart object must be recreated for further editing
Template and color guide lines will be provided once contract is awarded.
Please provide a total bid for 7 pages (page 5 to 11).
