Action Plan: Phase 1: Brief + collecte (photos GPT, inspirations, budget, identité). Besoins: plan/DWG ou mesures, photos, contraintes mairie/syndic, besoins cuisine. Phase 2: Zoning + plan coté, flux cuisine/salle, implantation équipements. Phase 3: Maquette 3D texturée intérieur + façade, 2 itérations.
