Hi There! I've worked for 3 years as a Joomla developer using such technologies you stated, yootheme zoo and widgetkit also Virtuemart if by any chance you have that on your site. I believe I have the necessary experience needed for the task at hand, however to gauge how fast I can deliver this I would need more information about the project that you want updated. Like is the site already Joomla 3? will I need to design . . etc. I've also see that you desire to have a flyer page for users to download, that would be fairly quick and we can do in zoo.
