Upgradation Required in SOCIOBLEND.com

1. recently i had added a new payment gateway([login to view URL]) in my website, which appears in the payment options. But after adding it, my sales have gone down drastically, which mainly comes from outside India(via paypal) though we have paypal as payment gateway too. We have a script using which Indian visitors see pricing in INR and outsiders see in USD. so in payment option everyone can see the 3 payment options. Paypal, Payumoney and 2checkout.com. Now i want Indian users to see only PayUMoney as the default payment option and below that a tab called "Other Options", which will be a drop-down tab, clicking which the Indian users can see other options, that is Paypal and 2checkout and when any outside India user tries to make payment, he sees only Paypal as default payment gateway and in the next tab, i.e Other Options, he can click that and see other two payment gateways, i.e 2checkout and payumoney. You have to control the view of payment options. PayuMoney for only Indian users and Paypal for the others but at the same time, they should be able to see other payment options in the Other Options tab. 2. when you visit my website, you ll see 13 icons on the homepage, which represent each service, and under each page lies several sub-services.
