Webserver and client app development

Develop web client app and a web server(only 2 web pages) we have 2 tasks and 4 mile stones explained below. Each task when you complete you send files and provide a step by step instruction in screenshot. We will follow as soon as your app working we will release the milestone. once complete the first mile stone only we will create next next mile stone. There are only two webpages involved in all the tasks there is no graphical look and feel design required. we only focus on application specific so please bid the amount carefully if anyone feels it may be challenge and wish to bid more than the budgeted price . Please drop a note to justify. thank you. 1) Web server at windows OS -Web client at debian OS and Vice vesa 2) development of a C Code for web client app which can connect to web servers on both windows and Debian OS. This C Code runs on embedded device, (we will handle the TCP/Ip stack function calls of socket open close timing issues , your C code only need to fetch data from web page and execute put result in a variable which will be used by our application.) 3)Proxy web server and client ... Note- The communication between client and server should uses in Ajax techniques and some javascript drag and drop connect objects on canvas..this is must needed skill set. All demo will be in local TCP/IP network , may or maynot use DNS so app should have provision to enter all the necessary settings on setting page.
