Copy, scan, print and/or bind documents accurately as assigned
Sort, process and deliver incoming mail and packages
Log and process incoming and outgoing faxes
Handle distribution of intra-office mail
Process outgoing mail, including FedEx and UPS
Setup and maintain conference rooms for meetings
Maintain and distribute inventory of all general office and kitchen supplies
Assist in setup of offices and work areas for new employees including computer set up and testing print and use functions
Assist with troubleshooting IT related issues
Regularly assists with maintaining a clean and organized office including conference rooms, kitchens and copy rooms
Assist with presentation laptop set up in conference rooms for seminars or webinars
May provide Front Desk support, including answering phones, taking messages and greeting clients and visitors
Coordinate off-site records pickups and deliveries
Efficiently and accurately file client and firm physical and electronic records
Display good judgment in handling confidential information.
Portray a professional image through appropriate grooming and business attire.
Properly prioritizes work assignments.
Able to juggle multiple assignments and/or deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor and timely seek assistance when needed.
Willing and capable to offer assistance to others when needed.
