Website Design for Quantum Remote Healing Technology

I am launching a few website for quantum remote healing technologies. I have designed the content of the entire website and it will need to be done in several phases (and I will do all the [somewhat complex] back-end programming myself). As the first phase, I want to design the home page and layout. I will provide a one-page brand identity document to help you understand the brand and get the right ideas. See attached document for the website content. We will only focus on the home page for now; and look at the rest later. Required skills: - Branding / graphic design - Photoshop - HTML/CSS for integration into plain HTML files (optional) NOTE: I'm looking for someone to do only the graphic design, or to do both the graphic design and HTML integration. Indicate whether or not the HTML integration is included in your price or your application will be discarded. I'm looking for an individual designer to have direct communication. Firms will not be accepted. I'm not looking for "fancy design" or "marketing tactics". What matters is for the essence of the technology and its intent to be portrayed in a clean and simple way. Finally, to make sure you read this, indicate in your application how many pages are in the design PDF file; or your application will be rejected.
