I have written a book. It have been edited four times. I am in the final stages of editing. I need these additional things done. 1. I want the title and subtitle in smaller print at top left of each page. 2. I want chapter headings centered on the pages. 3. I want the book properly formatted to 5x7. 4. I want sentences and paragraphs properly indented and starting at margins. 5. I want words properly spaced for book. Single spaced not doubled. 6. I need a final check for errors. There should not be many. 7. I need this done in three days.
