I want to create an automated banner feed.
The functions of this feed may possibly be accomplished through MS Power Point, Excel, Word.
Some of the functions I need this banner feed to do are:
Be displayed on my website as a changing banner.
The content of the changing banner must be able to pull from a database of slogans, six words or less.
The banner must alternate among several chosen colors, fonts styles, layouts.
The banner should ultimately be loadable into a phone, feeding a stream of banners when opened.
The feed banner would eventually function like a simple meme display generator, which could be a website on it's own.
You could think of it as an automatic meme generator, based on the database of sayins, colors, fonts
This changing banner feed could be used as an instagram feed, etc.
In summary, I need a feed created that will automatically display a text feed, pulled from Excel, PowerPoint, and that will display a variety of color pallettes, fonts, rates, as a window, displaying on my website or another's site.
