• Glendon is one of the faculties of York University, the third largest university in Canada. It offers about 22 liberal arts programs and, among other things, is known as the only bilingual faculty in the GTA and for its unique urban green campus.
• Prospective students have a difficult time navigating the many program options that are available to them; this is particularly true of transfer students (those transferring from a College or another University) and international students.
• The interactive virtual decision tree application (“the App”) will be added on the “Future Students” web page and be mobile-friendly. It will engage students through a series of scenarios about education level, preferences, languages, career goals, etc. in order to generate customized options from the programs offered at Glendon.
• This RFP is intended for professionals with the skills set and experience necessary to develop both the front end (graphic design) and the back end (data base programming) of the program.
