Digital marketing Expert / growth hacker

As i am a freelancer now working on building a company, I could use some help to build it. HR Improvers is a startup Human Resource Management boutique consulting firm based out of the Netherlands. My mission is to help SMEs grow and strengthen their Human Resources practice by auditing their existing operations and offering new efficient processes and best practices. In my vision it’s about building strong and adaptable processes that strive to improve the most important asset of a business - its people. I am looking for an Digital marketeer / growth hacker that can create online marketing campaigns. You’ll develop and manage the online marketing strategy of my startup company and products. You do this in the order: set up, monitor, evaluate, report and improve. To do this you’ll team up with a visual designer and copywriter where you oversee the process. Most important tasks: - Create online campaigns - Making analyzes by means of tooling such as Google Analytics - Checking Google Search Console - Checking the website for errors and fix them - Checking the speed of the website - Checking website for functionality and conversion-oriented - Perform A / B testing - Research which search terms the target group uses - Investigate whether the target group is looking for the solutions and services we offer Do you have the following competencies? - Creativity; coming up with original perspectives - Empathy and understanding for your target group (B2B) - Strategic / analytical skills, being data focused - Flexibel. Can you adapt to changes? Be warned! I don't have anything but a vision of where I want to go and a business plan. Everything has to be developed. Systems to work with, processes to follow everything. So this is absolutely a challenge and if you like challenges i would like to talk with you! Unfortunately there isn't a fulltime employment yet, but if you have about 5 to 10 hours a week to help me out then that would be great!
