HTML (CSS layout), ASP project -Expert level only

I have 2 and a half weeks work taking an existing ASP site and rebuilding with a new design. You will also need to extract all content to "dictionary files" to enable easy creation of foreign language versions of the site in the future. By winning this project, you will become preferred supplier for future versions of the site.
Skills required:
1. Expert HTML (building with CSS based layouts).
2. Expert ASP with VBScript.
3. Expert ADO/SQL server 2000.
4. Experience of building sites that comply with W3C accessibility guidelines.
5. Experience of building multi-lingual sites.
6. Experience of building skin-nable sites.
7. Understanding of URL re-writing and "Flat URLs".
8. Understanding of search engine optimisation.
9. Understanding of cross browser issues and the ability to test your code across browsers and platforms (Mac and PC only).
10. Excellent written and spoken English.
11. Confident in client liaison.
12. 4+ years of general web development experience.
Experience of mobile/ring tone sites is advantageous but not essential.

1. You must be UK based (London based freelancers will be given preference).
2. You must be free to work exclusively on this project from 23/01/2006 to 09/02/2006
3. You will be contactable by Telephone and MSN messenger for the duration of the project.
4. You will be required to sign a legally binding contract.
5. You will be required to complete a short time controlled ASP/HTML exam.
6. You will upload nightly builds to our servers so we can evaluate project progress.
The successful applicant will receive a complete project brief and a fixed budget for completion. If you agree to take on the work then you are contractually obliged to complete within budget.
