Small Website Bug Fix

I have built this site:

However, there is a small bug where the thumbnail boxes do not appear at full height when the page loads (see attached screengrabs). This also occurs on smartphones. If you manually resize the browser window they will resize and present correctly.
If you can present a simple fix, please let me know.
