Build a Magento e commerce Website, Android, IOS App

Please go through the requirement before bidding, requesting you please dont bid without reading the attached functional requirement Basically we are looking for someone who can provide end to end solution for basic E-Commerce application in mobile app (Android and IOS) and Website (with business user back end) For the e-commerce platform magento/prestashop or any other opensource will be preferred. Project duration: Expected to complete in 15 days Need the source code as part of delivery, and the project will be hosted in our server. Please find attached high level requirement.
