Fix Paypal Express Checkout, and Paypal Payments Standard on Opencart website

On opencart website, I need someone to: 1) Repair Paypal Express Checkout. Buyers selecting this payment option get directed to a page that does not exist. 2) Repair Paypal Payments Standard. Transactions are successfully processed in Paypal, but Orders are not showing up in Admin (are in "missing"), and no emails are sent from website confirming orders. Perhaps it is better to repair one and disable the other.

Does it direct them to a page that doesn't exist before or after they actually pay? If it's before, then the problem is on the websites backend, and if it's after it's most definitely a problem in paypal. I just wanted to clarify because I've had this problem before but only after checkout.
